Environ skincare was founded by Dr. Des Fernandez in 1990. He is a renowned plastic surgeon in South Africa and developed the skincare range to address the effects of UV radiation, pollution, stress and free radicals damage on the skin. Environ were the first in the world to introduce highly effective doses of Vitamin A which has been clinically proven to repair cell DNA.
To ensure that the products can be used by people with allergies, most of the range is made without adding preservatives or perfumes.
The products are only tested on human volunteers and Dr. Des Fernandez himself.
Dr. Des Fernandez introduced a facial machine that combines iontophoresis (current used to push active ingredients into the skin) and sonophoresis (sound waves to transport Vitamin molecules through the skin).
The result from Environ facials have proven to be extremely effective, with the client seeing visible results after only a few treatments.
